Sharni Vinson, an Australian-American actress, dancer, born on the 22nd of July, 1983 in Sydney Australia. Her debut as an actor came in 201 when she was asked to appear in the Australian Soap opera Home and Away where she was a minor character in two episodes. Her performance in the limited role was so fascinating that the casting agent of the show asked her to be cast in the principal role in the series. She auditioned, but she did not win the part. In the same episode Cassie Turner got the role as a troubled teenage girl in foster-care. The role she played was greatly loved by both the viewers and critics on the program.
